Cancellation Policy – Nothing Travel World
At Nothing Travel World, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while considering commitments with our travel partners.
1. Cancellation Process
- All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official communication channel
- Cancellation requests will only be processed after acknowledgment from our team
- The date of cancellation will be considered from the date we receive the request
2. Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges may vary depending on the type of booking and timing:
- 30 days or more before travel: Minimal cancellation charges or service fee
- 15–30 days before travel: 25% – 50% of the total booking amount
- 7–15 days before travel: 50% – 75% of the total booking amount
- Less than 7 days / No Show: 100% cancellation charges (No refund)
Note: Charges may vary depending on airline, hotel, or third-party policies.
3. Non-Refundable Bookings
- Flight tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and special promotional packages are non-refundable
- Some hotel bookings and peak-season packages may also be non-refundable
4. Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges
- Refunds will be credited via the original mode of payment
- Processing time may take 7–15 working days (depending on banks and service providers)
5. Partial Cancellation
- In case of partial cancellations (e.g., one person from a group), charges will apply as per the applicable policy
- Package pricing may change based on revised occupancy
6. Changes & Rescheduling
- Date changes or rescheduling requests are subject to availability and additional charges
- Any fare differences or supplier charges must be borne by the customer
7. Cancellation by Nothing Travel World
- In rare cases where we must cancel a trip (due to unavoidable circumstances), customers will be offered:
- An alternative package, or
- A full/partial refund (as applicable)
8. Force Majeure
Nothing Travel World is not responsible for cancellations due to events beyond control such as:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Political unrest or strikes
In such cases, refunds will depend on third-party provider policies.
